Finally, after what felt like hours of physical torture for his mate and emotional torture for him, hours of worry and reminding her to breathe as she pushed, he was now lying with the newest addition to the clan, the newest addition to his family, his wish and hope fulfilled. The three little furballs was resting against each other and him, with his mate resting beside him, undoubtedly exhausted from giving birth to their kits, two girls and one boy. The kittens had been quick to start suckling after being deemed healthy by Maggotrill. He and his mate had been discussing names while the kits suckled away, coming up with names and discussing them. Daisysong had mentioned how one of the girls reminded her of her father, but they agreed to name her Cootkit for her black color like the bird itself. The other girl looked so much like their mother, but they couldn't just name her Daisykit right? They decided to name her Honeykit for her yellow fur. The last one, the only boy, Daisysong requested to name after her mother, which he agreed to, giving the newborn tom the name of Bramblekit. He wondered how they where gonna be when as they grew up, yet in the moment, he could feel nothing but joy over the little furballs he had helped create, the little furballs that he undoubtedly were going to love from the moment they where born.
